The user will have access to the Material of the practice exam for the number of exams purchased beginning from the beginning & ending upon completion of each individual exam. After submitting the exam, the user will NOT be able to access the Material in TLC Practice Exam site related to that specific test. These tests are being provided only for practice purposes and no claim is being made that you will be getting the same questions on the actual test. We provide you a platform to familiarize yourself to the format of the exam, screens, and type of questions to prepare for the actual exam.

4. Non Refundable
All practice exam fees or money paid on this site for any purpose is NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE. Once paid, there are no refunds issued for any reasons including computer failure, network loss, No data, bad connection, etc. etc.
BY MAKING A PAYMENT ON THIS SITE YOU ACKNOWLEDGE & AGREE THAT THESE TESTS ARE BEING OFFERED FOR PRACTICE PURPOSE AND THERE IS NO GUARANTY OR WARRANTY ASSOCIATED WITH THESE PRACTICE TESTS. YOU ALSO AGREE & UNDERSTAND THAT ONCE REGISTERED, TLC PRACTICE EXAM CAN NOT BE UNSUBSCRIBED. BY USING THIS WEBSITE AND/OR MAKING ANY PAYMENT YOU AGREE THAT ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
5. Termination
This Agreement shall remain effective until terminated in accordance with its terms. Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately upon notice to the other party. In addition, we reserve the right to immediately terminate this Agreement, and/or your access to and use of the site or any portion thereof, at any time and for any reason, with or without cause. Upon termination of this Agreement by either party, your right to use the site will immediately cease, and you will destroy all Materials obtained from the site and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise
